PikRentals is strictly a rental information and discovery service designed to save you time and petrol while searching for properties. We do not broker rental agreements or handle rent payments.
Any fees paid for premium listings, advertisements, or subscription packages to boost property visibility are strictly non-refundable once the service has been activated or the listing goes live.
You may cancel your subscription or deactivate your listing at any time through your user dashboard. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid amounts for the current billing cycle.
Refunds will only be processed in the rare event of a technical error (such as double charging) or failure to deliver the purchased digital service entirely due to our platform's fault. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
